This trip is a treat for Jen after finishing her final uni exams. Left home in pouring rain to meet Jen at Heathrow for a 4.30am check-in. Rick bought some new headphones as I had wrecked his last set. After a short wait at the modern Madrid airport we boarded the Iberia plane for the 11 hour flight to Quito.
