It was lovely to leave the British rain and to be able to enjoy the sun whilst enjoying a delicious lunch in one of the squares. There was an obvious presence of increased armed security parading the streets. Despite being a "Remainer" Alan was on good form but a little absent minded, he said he couldn't concentrate. We must have driven him mad with our constant Brexit talk and news updates. The fallout from the referendum was moving on so fast that we could hardly keep up with it. Cameron resigning, the markets all over the place, Teresa May putting herself up for PM and Labour in utter chaos with their dissatisfaction with Corbyn and his Cabinet resignations happening by the hour.
